Yes, there is paid public car park located near the meeting point but we are happy to discuss options for the best places to park on receipt of your booking.
We require a minimum of 4 guests to run a tour. In the event that we do not meet our minimum numbers, we will notify registered guests the day prior to the tour by email. A full refund will be offered to guests for cancelled tours.
Unfortunately, bookings are non refundable currently, however, it may be possible to change your booking date if you need to reschedule or convert to an E certificate.
We now offer Ticket Guardian as insurance should you think you might have to cancel your tour.
We normally spend a few minutes getting to know each other at the start of the tour but after that we move promptly towards our first tasting, if for some reason you are delayed please contact us so we can direct you to a suitable meeting point if possible.
We work hard with all our supplier to provide our guests with amazing food and drinks no matter what allergies or intolerances you might have.
Parents, who know their children best, should assess the situation individually. Since there is a lot of standing and walking, please consider this when deciding whether the tour is appropriate for your child.
Please note that children over the age of 3 will have to purchase a ticket to attend, regardless of whether they will be participating in the tastings.

Imagine walking through Bristol eating our local artisans’ most celebrated food, learning about the the dish, and how the dishes were prepared, meeting some of the talents behind the scene, and learning all about the city of Bristol.
Please be sure and let us know if you (or anyone in your group) has a dietary restriction (e.g. vegetarian, diabetic, allergy, etc.) when you purchase your tickets. As long as we know in advance, we can accommodate your needs.
Yes, advance ticket purchase is required. Events typically sell out quickly. To maximize your chances of getting the date, time, and number of tickets you prefer, please book well in advance.
We do not provide a waiting list. If a date and time is sold out, there is always a good chance that we will add an additional tour on that day. Please email us to let us know what date you are interested in if you do not see availability.
Gratuities are greatly appreciated, although not mandatory. The standard gratuity in the service industry is 15%-20%.
Yes, bathrooms are available during the tour at selected food-tasting locations.
The tours are held rain or shine. In the rare circumstance that a tour is being cancelled due to inclement weather, we will notify customers directly. Please check the weather conditions for your day’s event and dress appropriately.
The Eat.Walk.Talk Bristol Food Tour runs for approx 3.5 hours. Participants can expect to be standing or walking for the majority of the time. We walk at a moderate pace, total distance is about 4km along normal sidewalks, the route is mostly flat but there are some small inclines
At this time, we do not offer tours in any other languages except English.
We absolutely do! We can accommodate a variety of special requests (family reunions, Birthday parties, out of town guests, corporate, conventions, festivals, parades, grand openings and more).
You should bring with you a camera and a small bottle of water. When it’s really hot out, we recommend an application of sunscreen on exposed parts of the body and a lightweight pair of sunglasses. During the cooler seasons it’s important to wear and an extra layer of clothing and consider bringing gloves.
